Food trucks are the absolute best especially after a stroll in the Dallas Museum of Art. Every time I pass by the Klyde Warren Park, I like to stop for a treat at any of the various food trucks and sit down under a shaded tree to observe the other families who running around trying to chase their kid or sitting down enjoying the warmth of the sun,etc. One of my favorite things at The Butchers Son (shown in the picture) is their brisket quesadilla!
