Terms Of Use
The purchase of any products/services on this site is subject to the Terms of Use as outlined below. It is your responsibility to make sure you read & understand "our terms" before booking your Session. Once you have paid for a product and/or service you are agreeing to these terms. These terms are legally binding & must be followed to avoid legal action. You agree to these terms upon purchase whether you've read them or not. Please take a few moments to read & understand them.
All of our photography services include online viewing for 1 month. We will send you a unique password to view your images.
Remaining balance must be paid in full at beginning of booked session. If paying by PayPal or check, payment must be received 7 business days prior to booked session. Due to the nature of our products and/or services, we do not issue refunds. We will do our very best to create images and custom work that you will love, but work already completed must be paid for whether or not the images or custom work is used.
On occasion City Fashions Creative Images works with independent contractors from our preferred professionals list including but not limited to; masseuses, facial specialists and make up artists, City Fashions Creative Images is not liable or responsible for any conflicts a client may have with any person or business outside of City Fashions Creative Images.
Copyright
All products or services provided by City Fashions Creative Images may be used for lawful purposes only. You may NOT share, duplicate, resale, distribute, or claim any of the images or custom work as your own creation. The images from your session are copyrighted and registered, and the release below details what can and can’t be done with the images. The prints you receive are professional-quality and are color-calibrated to the equipment used to process your images.
Release
City Fashions Creative Images grants you a non-exclusive license to use, install, and copy the images on your disk subject to the following restrictions:
These images are solely for your personal use. “Personal use” means the private, non-commercial use of the images. You may not incorporate these images in any materials, goods, or services for which you charge or collect fees, or profit in any way. You may not resell, license, or otherwise distribute the images. All images are registered and protected. You are authorized to make unlimited copies of these images for personal use only.
Ordering Prints
Clients invest in our photography because of the distinctive quality of our work. The manner in which this work is presented and shared directly reflects our professional image and brand identity. We recommend using your disk to print images at a 4×6 to 5×7 size for albums and family gifts. We ask that you allow us to handle the large works of art for your home. Naturally, We're very invested in the finished product that is presented to our clients, and it’s important to us that all our clients have quality, tangible photographic heirlooms. If you purchase prints... they are not to be reprinted without City Fashions Creative Images's expressed written permission.
Disclaimers
All Clients are subject to City Fashions Creative Images terms, policies, conditions, and notices (" Terms & Policies"), as well as all applicable laws. By purchasing a City Fashions Creative Images package or service, you accept terms without limitation or qualification.
All clients (past, present & future) that use any City Fashions Creative Images services provided, are bound by the policies and guidelines outlined in the Terms & Policies!
We reserve the right to change our terms & policies at anytime without notice. We take great pride in our work & I will not allow anyone to copy or use any of City Fashions Creative Images property in any way without prior permission! All attempts to copy or use City Fashions Creative Images property without permission will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law!
